1. Assistant cum Data Entry Operator: 44 Seats
2. Protection Officer, Institutional Care: 22 Seats
3. Protection Officer, Non Institutional Care: 22 Seats
4. Legal cum Probationary Officer: 22 Seats
4. Counselor: 22 Seats
5. Social Worker: 44 Seats
6. Accountant: 22 Seats
7. Data Analyst: 22 Seats
8. Assistant cum Data Entry Operator: 22 Seats
9. Outreach Worker: 44 Seats

Candidates Age:
- 18 to 40 years for Open Merit, Government Service/ Contractual employees,
- 18 to 43 years for SC/ ST/ RBA/ ALC/ OSC  & 42 years for Physically Challenged candidates as on 01/01/2016.

Education Qualification:
- For Post 1/8 - Graduation in Computer Application/ Computer Science with typing speed of at least 35 words per minute in English on computer key word.
- For Post 2,3 - Graduation from recognized University.
- For Post 4 - LLB from recognized University.
- For Post 5,6,7 - Graduation from recognized University &/ or Statistics/ Economics/ Accountancy as one of subject.
- For Post 9 - Metric pass as minimum & 10+2 as Maximum qualification from J & K State Board of School Education/ CBSE/ recognized Institution.

Selection Process:
- Applied candidates selection will be based on basic & higher qualification, experience, computer type test (Data Entry Operator) & viva/ voice.
