18 to 30 years as on the closing date of receipt of application Form.
Some age relaxations as per current rules are applicable.
Qualification:
Candidates should possess Three years Diploma in Hand loom Technology or Textile Technology or Three years Diploma in Hand loom & Textile Technology or equivalent from a recognized Institution with one year practical experience in a weaving mill or hand loom or power loom factory. Must be well acquainted with weaving mechanism, cloth analysis and transfer of designs to point paper and loom.
Selection Process For IIHT:
Applied Candidates selection will be a basis on written & practical Tests.

Candidates send their application in prescribed format by affixing a recent passport size photograph, along with attested photocopies of all certificates for age, educational qualification, detail experience, if any etc to the venue within 45 days from the date of advt & within 52 days for remote areas.
